COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGE POLICY

The product must be inspected immediately after receipt; broken bottles must be confirmed by the deliverer. Unopened and undamaged bottles may be returned without providing reasons within 8 days. The cost of return shipping is borne by the purchaser. In addition, an exchange without providing reasons can take place during normal opening hours at Weingut in Gobelsburg.

NATURAL CORK

Bottle seals made from natural cork are a natural product which always dispenses different substances to the bottle content. Therefore, there are differences between bottles. For this reason, there is no right to replacement for bottles sealed with natural cork.

RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All products remain our property until complete payment.

DATA PROTECTION

Customer information will be used exclusively within the winery and (of course) will not be provided to third parties.
