CISTERCIEN ROS\u00c9<\/h1>\n

The valley of the Danube and its side-valleys belong to the \u2018Cool climate\u2019 areas of Austria. Some vineyards are even too cold for red wine making. Zweigelt,
\nSt. Laurent and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cooler sites of Gobelsburg and Langenlois are used for this wine.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>

Ros\u00e9 on the estate is not seen as a secondary product to red wine. So we are not doing \u2018saign\u00e9e\u2019 in order to concentrate the reds, but we are working our vineyards in order to get the perfect Gobelsburg Ros\u00e9\u2013style, which is somehow closer to a white wine than towards a red wine style. We are seeking a nice and elegant aroma, fresh and lean texture and a acidity for pure drinking pleasure.<\/p>\n<\/div>
